Feeding your toddler can be fun and full of adventure. It can also be a challenging, difficult time with frustration, bribery, begging and even anger.
Many parents and carers struggle to sit down to a calm, happy meal as their toddlers roam around, throw tantrums, or plain refuse to eat any of the food on offer. But! It doesn’t have to be this way. We’re here to help. This free, 5-week online course will help you find ways to overcome the battles and result in happy, easy and joyful mealtimes.

GCDA can run a series of healthy eating courses to cover what constitutes a healthy diet and how to make gradual changes that can have a big impact on our health. We also run train the trainer courses to develop staff to be able to deliver these messages in a fun, interactive and accessible way. These courses can be tailored to your specific needs and requirements; please contact mel@gcda.org.uk to find out more.
Cookery Clubs
Perfect for anyone wanting to develop their cooking skills and to be able to make affordable, delicious, quick and healthy meals, our free 5-week cookery clubs are run throughout Greenwich and Lewisham and are open to all. Each week we tackle a different topic and explore how to make small, gradual changes that can have a real impact on health. Run by qualified tutors, everyone is welcome to learn, cook and eat together.
