Join us for this 3-week course to learn how to slice, dice and more. We’ll also look at how to sharpen a knife, and the different knives that you may (or may not!) need. You will observe a professional chef and then have a chance to practice yourself. We will make a delicious meal and eat all together at the end of the session.
