This free 3-week course will teach you safe knife handling, different types of knives & their uses and build skills and confidence sharpening knives and new cutting techniques.
Healthy Eating and Nutrition

We also run train the trainer courses to develop staff to be able to deliver these messages in fun, interactive and accessible ways. Each week we tackle a different topic and explore how to make small, gradual changes that can have a real impact on health.
