Healthy Eating and Nutrition
GCDA can run a series of healthy eating courses to cover what constitutes a healthy diet and how to make gradual changes that can have a big impact on our health. We also run train the trainer courses to develop staff to be able to deliver these messages in fun, interactive and accessible ways. Perfect for anyone wanting to develop their cooking skills and to be able to make affordable, delicious, quick and healthy meals, our free 5-week cookery clubs are run throughout Greenwich and Lewisham and are open to all. Each week we tackle a different topic and explore how to make small, gradual changes that can have a real impact on health. Run by qualified tutors, everyone is welcome to learn, cook and eat together.
