The new London Living Wage has been confirmed. 
For the past four year the GCDA has adhered to the London Living Wage. We actively promote the Living Wage by paying all out staff no less than the Living Wage and use external suppliers that pay their staff the Living Wage.
We encourage other employers to implement this great benefit and service to their staff. We believe that work should be the surest way out of poverty, and by getting paid the Living Wage, which has now been set at £9.40 an hour (as of 2nd Nov 15) it will enrich society and promote fairness.
